By accessing the AGJ Innovations website and utilizing our digital transformation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Scope

AGJ Innovations provides custom software development, AI automation routing, and spatial 360° digitization. Specific deliverables, timelines, and payment structures are defined in individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) or Government Tenders.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in a client contract, the underlying proprietary code, AI routing logic, and virtual tour frameworks developed by AGJ Innovations remain our intellectual property.

3. Limitation of Liability

AGJ Innovations shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software applications, bots, or web hosting environments.

4. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
